Most jobs are booked within 3–5 business days of your quote being accepted. Urgent or weekend work can usually be arranged with 24–48 hours' notice.
Are you fully insured?+
Yes — Hi-Care Maintenance carries $20M public liability and full workers' compensation cover. We can email a current certificate before any job.
Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?+
Absolutely. If you're not happy with anything we've done, we come back and put it right at no cost. We don't invoice until you're satisfied.
Do you provide free quotes?+
Yes — quotes are free and obligation-free, whether on-site or via photos and a quick chat. We give a fixed price up front, never an hourly estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer, credit card, EFTPOS on-site or invoice on terms for strata and commercial clients.
